More than just a rubbish bin, an educational and revenue raising tool, the Projectsinspired recycling station is Designed for primary schools, its use in classrooms and common areas is educating young people to differentiate between different kinds of rubbish, understand its value as a resource, consider the environment and at the same time install in them a natural reflex to dispose of unneeded items in a way that makes it easier to reclaim the valuable resources they contain.
Although intended for use in schools the simple but elegant design has been adopted by many people for use in their workplaces, homes and commercial spaces.

ARID has taken this idea from idea to reality, delivering not only design engineering and marketing assistance but also delivering finished products ready for distribution. The recycling stations lightweight bus strong construction is blow moulded from %18 recycled material and is %100 recyclable, easy to clean, maintenance free, simple to assemble and transport, while the flat pack construction minimises transport costs and the products overall carbon footprint.
I was engaged to design, develop, prototype, coordinate tooling, coordinate production and manage logistics for this product. I provide a full product service from concept to point of sale, as can be seen from my folio of work I do not limit myself to design or a specific product type, I believe diversification and continuous innovation is the key to success not only in my business but also for sustainable, profitable for SME’s and anyone involved in new product development.
